Customer Support Exec
Join our fully remote Customer Support team and help deliver exceptional service to customers across the US. From resolving enquiries to supporting claims and guiding customers through key moments, you'll play an important role in helping people stay safe, secure and protected every day.
Customer Implementation Manager
Lead the successful delivery of new Fortress customers and partners from onboarding through to launch. Working across customer success, project coordination and implementation, you'll ensure every deployment is delivered smoothly, on time and with an exceptional customer experience.
