Once you have joined, you will get access to our Customer Portal. On there you have a number of tools to help you manage your Fortress membership. You will also find our Claims Hub where you can manage your claims.

Your Fortress membership assumes that you do regularly use the app. It’s important that we can do things like track your location so that we can offer the best levels of protection. You can still make a claim if you haven’t been using it, but it may affect the outcome of your claim.
